Kurama’s Story
After a full-scale invasion of the Land of Sky, the Straw Hats have taken back Sandy from the invaders. The Straw Hats then made a peaceful trade with the new bracers but a pirate ship was spotted in the distance. The Straw Hats were then asked by the princess of the Land of Sky, Gecko Moria, to rescue a man named Kurama who was being held captive. The Straw Hats were given the mission and traveled to the Land of Sky to rescue Kurama. Once there, a powerful person named Queen Victoria arrives and requests for the Straw Hats’ help. While searching for information about Queen Victoria, the Straw Hats discovered that they are in fact searching for a legendary island named Dressrosa. Eventually, the Straw Hats, along with the new crew members Jinbe and Mechalamchatti, found Dressrosa and discovered that it is being transformed into a giant city…
Athos’ Story
After rescuing Kurama, the Straw Hats continue heading towards the Land of Sky. However, they were attacked by Cutlass Red and her crew. This new crew member is called Mecha-Athos, also known as the « Mecha Fanboy ». The Straw Hats and Mecha-Athos continued to fight but the battle eventually drew the attention of a giant Leviathan which killed all but the Straw Hats and Mecha-Athos. Luckily, Korinkuu, the guardian of the Land of Sky, arrived and explained that the incident was a « result of a battle between the villagers and the pirates ». Since the pirate ship was not able to clear the Straw Hats because of the howling wind, the villagers attacked them to prove that they are not pirates and ask them to clear the village. Korinkuu then banished the pirate ship, and the Straw Hats restored peace in the Land of Sky.
Tony Tony Chopper
Tony Tony Chopper is a deaf-mute martial artist who uses an axe to fight and dislikes pirates. He uses his axe in the same way as Mr. 1, twisting his body like a snake during fights.
