split3pm (Simple MP3 Splitter) is a very simple, but powerful MP3 splitter.

The following parameters can be set in the configuration file (see below):

The time shift can be set in seconds or minutes. If it is in seconds, the time range can be set by typing in decimal numbers (e.g.: 1.2) or with the ratio of the time in seconds.
Duration is set in seconds.
Bitrate is set in kbps, and the lower limit and upper limit for the maximum bitrate.
Quality is not an accepted parameter, but used internally.
If a configuration file is used, it can be saved in the current directory.

The configuration file has the same name as the program.

The configuration file will be processed every time the application is started.
