It was observed that infusion reaction, cutaneous ADRs, gastrointestinal reactions, and cardiovascular ADRs were the most frequently reported ADRs. A total of 39 ADRs were considered as immune-related ADRs. Four ADRs were classified as severe immune-related ADRs, and one as a serious immune-related ADR. There was no significant difference of immune-related ADR frequency in patients treated with different doses or schedule. In the prospective cohort of cohort, we assessed the ADR incidence. The ADR incidence was significantly lower (pembrolizumab: 0.03%, nivolumab: 0.04%) than that reported by the company. Evaluating reports from spontaneous ADR reports could be a source for an efficient way to detect the safety profile of ICIs. The evaluation of ADR incidence and immune-related ADR incidence could be a cornerstone for drug approval.
