Windows 10 Upgrade: On-Screen-Keyboard Touchscreen Fix

I lost my Windows 10 touchscreen keyboard. My normal keyboard doesn’t work either. If I try to move the cursor, the mouse cursor moves, but nothing happens. Nothing responds to touches. The blue OS mouse pad acts like a trackball. I can only see the cursor.

For some reason, the System Reserved file was different and that was why Windows didn’t boot up.
