If you use a program other than the one where you took the image, you need to open it. Choose File⇒Open, and navigate to the location where you saved the image and double-click it to open it in that program.

Sugar Hill – Love Is In The Air
Sugar Hill Records, a local and small label out of New Orleans, Louisiana, have released the official video for their new single « Love Is In The Air. » The video is directed by local photographer, Rodg Hamilton. The video captures the members of this small group of musicians in a studio setting, rehearsing in various locations.
The band is composed of five members: Colin Freeman (vocals/guitar), Mike Thompson (bass), Clay Willis (guitar), Derrick Williams (drums) and Russell Hyatt (percussion).

You could try a SQL migrator. Unfortunately, i haven’t found any good free tool to migrate a database from SQL Server to SQL Server (or Azure). SQL migration tools are not free, but they are for sure much cheaper than a full dedicated database server.
If you are not into programming, you could test Sybase SQL Anywhere. It has a free version which supports SQL Server databases and if you ask me it’s the closest to a full SQL Server development environment.

Many epidemiological and experimental studies have demonstrated the benefits of vitamin D in a wide variety of health outcomes. However, there is no universal consensus on optimal levels or tests for vitamin D status. Current methods for assessing vitamin D status are cumbersome and need careful measurement. We evaluated the performance of a rapid, simple, and sensitive liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) assay to characterize circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) levels in plasma. The performance of the LC/MS-MS assay was evaluated against commercial immunoassay for intact 25(OH)D and against LC/MS-MS methods involving prior hydrolysis of 25(OH)D(2) and 2α-hydroxyvitamin D(3) as well as deuterated internal standards to improve the assay performance. Linearity range was 4.0-150 ng/mL (y=0.92x-0.51, r(2)=0.99, n=10). For plasma, the inter-assay variation was 14% CV (n=20); the intra-assay variations were 12% CV (n=20) and 13% CV (n=20). Man dead in Apeldoorn shooting near church
Four people were shot near the Church of the Good Hope in the Dutch city of Apeldoorn.
More than 12 hours after the incident police found the body of a man in the courtyard of the church. The man was shot at close range.
The 43-year-old victim’s wallet was found near the body, police said.
Only the police weren’t able to find a motive for the shooting. Police are investigating whether there was a special link with the church and those who were injured, Het Nieuwsblad reported.

According to the police the crime was committed at about 11:30 a.m. The victim and a woman, 32, were shot several times. The witness did not observe who shot them. The woman was operated on by paramedics. Another man, 31, and a 17-year-old, were also shot. The 17-year-old was taken to hospital with gunshot injuries.
It is not known whether the victims are from Apeldoorn or from elsewhere in the Netherlands.
‘Random shooting’
The church belongs to the Reformed Church in the Netherlands. According to the church, the Dutch Reformed Church, the church is open in the mornings and afternoons, and the building is not used as a prayer house, because it is not locked.
The church was opened because the former prayer house was too small.
“The shots came from a distance. The only clue is that the shots were fired from a large calibre weapon,” said the spokeswoman.
“We are shocked,” said the church later on Monday. “We do not know if the murder is linked to the church.”
The police said the shooting was not work-related and that there was no indication of radicalisation of the perpetrator.
Police are looking at the numerous homes surrounding the church. They will check whether the shootings are linked to drug- and weapons dealing.

split3pm (Simple MP3 Splitter) is a very simple, but powerful MP3 splitter.
The following parameters can be set in the configuration file (see below):
The time shift can be set in seconds or minutes. If it is in seconds, the time range can be set by typing in decimal numbers (e.g.: 1.2) or with the ratio of the time in seconds.
Duration is set in seconds.
Bitrate is set in kbps, and the lower limit and upper limit for the maximum bitrate.
Quality is not an accepted parameter, but used internally.
If a configuration file is used, it can be saved in the current directory.
The configuration file has the same name as the program.
The configuration file will be processed every time the application is started.
